Pixie Dust Leadership was born from my own journey through the heart work of leadership. As a seasoned educator, classroom teacher, principal, coach, and mentor, I know how amazing the journey can be, and I also know what it feels like to carry the weight of responsibility while still holding space for vision, team, and purpose.

After years of leading schools, supporting systems-level change, coaching fellow educators, and completing my doctoral work, I realized something powerful: leaders don’t just need more strategy—they need more support. They need safe spaces to reflect, reconnect to their purpose, collaborate with peers in professional learning communities, and grow with confidence, and creativity.
